Beach FM is a live and local radio station with loyal listeners
and a reputation for providing the highest quality local
information and entertainment in the Kapiti/Horowhenua
region.

Beach news, sport, weather and commuter information are the
leading sources for the 40+ aged listeners in the area and
Beach is well known for our up-to-the-minute reports. Many
local businesses utilise Beach's airwaves, include the local
police who phone us with the latest information, sports teams
when they have any cancellation. Even the Mayor uses Beach
to talk to local residents. We also have interviews with
councillors, event organisers and personalities from all over
the region.

We broadcast live from 6-8pm after which we join the BBC.
With a listenership from Pukerua Bay to Shannon and with our
target audience being 40+ we play music from the 60's to the
90's, and occasionally nostalgia from the 50's.
