Seven Royal New Zealand Air Force pilots will graduate tomorrow, 29 June at RNZAF Base Ohakea after completing training using the T-6C Texan II planes.

The RNZAF Pilots' course is an extensive and challenging programme, spanning two years and more than 200 flying hours.

The new pilots will receive their brevets from Minster of Defence Ron Mark, who will also be the parade’s reviewing officer.

The graduates from Opunake, Arrowtown, Rotorua, Titirangi, Christchurch, Whakatane and Wellington will go on to further training in either fixed-wing or rotary aircraft.
