Palmerston North Dairy Robbery

July 26, 2018

A Palmerston North dairy has been robbed, and a witness believes she saw the robbers escaping in a car with no lights on.

Police were called to Limbrick St after the Limbrick Maxi Mart was robbed just after 7pm on Monday evening.

A police spokesperson said about five people entered the store and threatened the shop attendant and took the till.

The group then got into a car, which had been stolen earlier in the day, and fled the scene. Police recovered the vehicle nearby a short time later.

Police confirmed they were investigating an aggravated robbery.
